The initial pilot is scoped around message and call activity on your Mac. Permissions, data handling, and any optional connections are explained before setup.
A closer look at beta data handling
The current local snapshot stores up to 100 days of one-to-one message and call metadata, excluding general message bodies, attachments, and group messages. It may include activity beyond the people selected for reminders. Short replies to Spherely are read in memory to recognize commands. Notes and operational logs remain sensitive local data.
Setup may require a broad macOS Full Disk Access grant. Optional services and private phone access have separate data flows. Retention and deletion arrangements will be reviewed during supervised onboarding.

Spherely is a relationship reminder tool. It brings together selected people, recent communication activity, and your notes to help you decide who to reconnect with. It is currently in early beta.
Who is the beta for?
People who want to be more intentional about staying in touch. Our first planned supervised pilots focus on independent real estate agents with an iPhone and a Mac, reconnecting with past clients and referral partners.
Can I start using it today?
Not yet. Join the waitlist to express interest. Early access is invitation-based and depends on product readiness and device compatibility. Joining does not guarantee an invitation or a start date.
Does Spherely send messages for me?
No client outreach is sent automatically in the planned pilot. Spherely suggests who to contact; you decide whether, when, and what to say. Reminder delivery to yourself is configured during supervised setup.
What does the beta require?
The initial pilot is Mac-first, with compatible message and call activity available on your own Mac. Setup is supervised and requires explicit permission choices. A public, self-serve app is not available yet.
Does it know how strong a relationship is?
No. Spherely reflects activity in connected sources and the records you maintain. It cannot infer how someone feels or whether a relationship is healthy.
Is it a CRM replacement?
The initial focus is personal relationship reminders. Spherely does not promise deal pipelines, team workflows, or revenue attribution.
What will it cost?
Pricing has not been announced. There is no payment required to join the waitlist. Any pilot terms will be shared before you decide to participate.

Waitlist privacy
We store the email address you submit and the time of signup to manage beta interest and contact you about access. This website does not request contacts, messages, or relationship data. Waitlist entries are stored in the site’s hosted database, separately from the local Spherely product. Joining does not create a product account. We also store campaign tags from the signup link and the referring website’s hostname, when available, to understand where interest comes from. We keep this information while managing the beta waitlist, until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist closes. You can ask questions or request removal by replying to a Spherely beta email. We do not sell waitlist entries. This form uses no advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process request logs to operate and protect the website.
